Innova 1000: How to Update your Firmware

Step 1 - Select Check for Updates.

After pairing the RS2 App, you can select the Check for Updates button beside the Firmware Info at the bottom of the RS2 App Menu.

Step 2 - Wait while checking for updates is completed.

After selecting the Check for Updates button, you will be redirected to a loading screen requiring you to wait for a particular time until the RS2 app is done checking for the latest firmware updates.

Note: For faster and best results, staying on the loading screen is recommended until the firmware search is done.

Step 3 - Select Done.

If you are currently using the latest RS2 firmware, a notification screen will appear noting that your Firmware is up to date.

Note: Select the Done button to return to the RS2 App's vehicle scan menu.

Step 4 - Select Continue.

If the latest RS2 firmware update is available, a notification screen will appear, noting an Update Available.

Note: Select the Continue button to start downloading the latest firmware update.

Step 5 - Wait for the system to Update.

After selecting the Continue button, you will be redirected to the download screen.

Note: Wait until the download process reaches 100%. Don't interrupt the download process to avoid any firmware issues.

Step 6 - Select Done.

After the latest Firmware is downloaded, a success notification screen noting Firmware Updated will appear.

Select the Done button to return to the RS2 App's vehicle scan menu.
