Common Issue with Powering on your Device

1. The 3360 Thermal Imager is plugged into a power source from the USB port without inserting the AAA batteries: When you power on your device using the USB cable without inserting the batteries into the Innova 3360 and then unplug your USB from the device. The device will automatically shut off because there is no power. The Innova 3360 does not have a rechargeable battery and the USB cable is not a battery charge port.

Step by Step:

If you were not able to find your issue above and resolve it. Please follow this step-by-step process to help ensure your pairing process goes smoothly: 

1. Open the bottom of the Innova 3360 Infrared Camera by twisting the battery cap to access the battery port.

2. Insert three AAA alkaline batteries into the device from the bottom of the device.

3. Twist the battery cap back onto the device.

4. Hold the Back/Power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device.

 The battery pack must be installed in the correct orientation.  Look for the arrow on the battery pack for the direction of insertion. 

Note: Your device should remain on both during and after you plug in the Innova 3360 with a USB cable into an external power source.
