Innova 7111: Report an Issue
Introduction
If you are having any issues with OBD II, ECM DTC, ABS DTC, or SRS DTC while using the 7111 tablet, please use Report an Issue to capture and notify us about a problem. Your feedback greatly contributes to the improvement of the Innova 7111 Tablet.
Procedure
Step 1 - Turn ON the Innova 7111 Scan Tool Tablet and select Settings

Turn ON the Innova 7111 tablet. Plug into the vehicle Data Link Connector (DLC) and the tablet will automatically establish communication to identify the vehicle information. Select the Settings function. |
Step 2 – Report an Issue

Scroll down and tap Report an Issue to start to report your problem. |
Step 3 - Select the kind of issue
|
There are four kinds of issues: OBD II, ECM DTC, ABS DTC, SRS DTC. Choose which one you want to report. Then, tap the Home button on the pop-up to start logging the data for the reporting process. |
Step 4 – Re-create the problem you're having

When the Data log on button at the lower-left corner is presented, it means the tablet is recording the data for the report. After re-creating the problem, tap this button to stop recording. |
Step 5 – Enter your contact information and a description of the issue
|
Once the log has been stopped, enter your contact information and some descriptions of the issue. When you tap Submit an issue log is sent. Tap the Close button to end the Report an Issue process. |
