Innova SDS43 SDS-Inspector: Hybrid Battery Cell Voltage

To guide you on how to check the EV/HEV/PHEV Battery Cell Voltage while using the Innova SDS43 SDS-Inspector Tablet Scan Tool.
Introduction
The Innova SDS43 SDS-Inspector Tablet Scan Tool offers cutting-edge and user-friendly Workshop Tools, delivering numerous essential services for vehicle maintenance and diagnostics also can perform a check of the vehicle’s Battery and Alternator System or EV/HEV/PHEV Battery System to ensure the system is operating within acceptable limits. The EV/HEV/PHEV Battery Health helps easily monitor the battery voltage and track any abnormal cells on Electric, Hybrid, or Plug-In Hybrid vehicle.
Procedure
Step 1 - Connect the SDS43 SDS-Inspector Tablet Scan Tool to the vehicle and select 'Workshop Tools'

First, connect the Innova SDS43 SDS-Inspector Tablet Scan Tool to your vehicle via the Diagnostic Link Connector (DLC) to retrieve the vehicle's information, such as VIN and On-Board Diagnostic (OBD2) information. To access the ‘Workshop Tools’, from the Home Screen, select 'Workshop Tools' section and press the ‘OK’ button. |

After selecting the ‘EV/HEV/PHEV Battery Health’ item in the Workshop Tools screen, the EV/HEV/PHEV Battery Health menu displays. Select ‘EV/HEV/PHEV Battery Health’ item and press ‘OK’ button to display a graphical representation of the current state of charge for all the cells within the battery pack. Select ‘Battery Live Data (12 Volt)’ item and press ‘OK’ button to view real-time values of 12-Volt the battery (i.e., battery current, battery temperature, battery state of charge, battery state of health, etc.). |

With the ‘EV/HEV/PHEV Battery Health’ function, the cell voltage is displayed as a column graph, and the voltage value is on top to spot the low-voltage cell easily. Start inspecting the battery pack and something related to solve the problem. |
