The Most Common Issues with Connecting

1. The 3360 Thermal imager is turned off while trying to connect: If the user connects the USB cable to the PC and 3360 before the 3360 is turned on, then the "USB device not recognized" error dialog box will pop-up when turning on the 3360.

2. Users have a bad USB cable: Check your USB cable for any damage, if you are still unable to connect, you may need to replace your USB cable with another one.

Step by Step:

If you were not able to find your issue above and resolve it. Please follow this step-by-step process to help ensure your pairing process goes smoothly:

1. Turn on the 3360 thermal imager by hard pressing the red button.

2. Take out the USB cable from the 3360 thermal imager's accessory pouch. Choose the USB Micro B connector.

3. Plug in the USB Micro B connector on top of the 3360 thermal imager USB Micro B Port

4. Turn on your computer

5. Plug in the USB-A male connector of the USB cable to the PC

6. Open File Explorer. Find the USB Drive (D:) and click on it to see the image files in the 3360 thermal imager memory.

Note: During the entire operation, please make sure that the 3360 thermal imager camera is turned on throughout this process.
