Active Tests & Special Functions

The Active Test will let you perform bi-directional tests for various vehicle actuators and systems. The Special Functions are for relearning procedures such as crankshaft and camshaft relearns.

How to Access Bi-Directional Active Tests & Special Functions

Step 1 - Press the System Status button.

• To navigate to your Active Tests or Special Functions, press the System Status button.

Step 2 - Select ECM (or PCM)

• Select ECM (or PCM), then press ENTER ↵.

Step 3 - Select Active Test or Special Functions, then press ENTER ↵.

• Select Active Tests or Special Functions, then press ENTER ↵.

Step 4 - Press Yes to confirm your vehicle.

• Confirm your vehicle by choosing Yes.
• The message One moment please will display.

Step 5 - View the Active Tests or Special Functions Menu.
