Innova 7111: Battery Troubleshooting Guide

Purpose:

The purpose of this article is to address the following situations:

• If you've just purchased the product and it won't turn on 
• Or if you've been trying to charge it and it appears to be dead

Troubleshooting

Sometimes it will take a maximum of up to 4 hours before the charging symbol appears on your Innova 7111 device.

1. Plug your charger into your Innova 7111 Tablet to begin charging.
2. Leave your device charging for at least 4 hours before use or overnight for best results.
3. The tablet will only charge when plugged into an outlet, using the 5V DC 2A charger that is provided.

The Most Common Issues with Charging Your Battery

1. You plug the charger into the device but the charging symbol does not appear. In this case, the battery is still being charged but there is a delay before the battery symbol appears again. We recommend waiting up to four hours and the charging symbol should appear on your device.
2. You plug the charger into the device but the device will still not turn on. In this case, we recommend leaving your device to charge overnight before use.
3. You attempt to charge the tablet via USB port but it does not turn on. In this case, your tablet will only be charged when connected to an outlet using the 5V DC 2A charger that is provided. Your tablet will not charge when connected via USB port.
