Innova 7111 Smart Diagnostic Solution: Server Error Message Troubleshooting


Introduction

Welcome to our troubleshooting guide! If you encounter the message ‘Could not connect to our server at this time’ (pictured below) while using your Innova 7111 Tablet, it is likely due to incorrect date and time settings on your tablet.

To resolve this issue, open your tablet's settings, scroll down to the 'Date and Time' settings section, adjust to the current date and time, and press 'Set Date and Time.'

Troubleshooting step by step:

Step 1: Go to the settings function

  • In the home screen, select the “Settings” section.

Step 2: Set the Date and Time

  • Scroll down to the Date and Time settings section and select the row displaying the date and time.
  • Scroll up/down each column to set the current day/time. Select ‘Done’ once you are finished selecting to close the pop-up.
  • Finally, press the “Set Date and Time” button to save your settings.
  • The Innova 7111SDS will show a pop-up message to confirm your settings have been saved.

    Press the “Close” button to finish and re-check the Server connecting error.

Step 3: Re-check the Server connection error

  • Reconnect the DLC and select the “OBD2 Diagnostics” section to retrieve data from your vehicle.
  • After retrieving, the scan tool will display the vehicle data. Scroll down and select  ‘Fix for DTCs’.

    Wait for the results from the Innova server.

  • The results from the Server should be shown as in the left image.
  • Furthermore, there is more information about the TSBs and Recalls, Schedule Maintenance, and Predicted Failures in the left image.

And there you have it! The server should now be ready for access, and your tablet is good to go.
