Innova SD35 SD-Advisor: Customizing Live Data (PIDS)

Introduction

You can customize the Live Data PIDs (Parameter Identifications) displayed in Live Data - Mode 01 by using Custom Live Data. This feature allows you to select only the PIDs you want to display in Live Data.

Step 1 - Select Custom Live Data from the Live Data Menu

  • If the SD35 fails to establish communication with the vehicle, a “Communication Error” message will display.
    • Ensure the vehicle is OBD2 compliant.
    • Verify the connection at the DLC, and verify the ignition is ON.
    • Turn the ignition OFF, wait 5 seconds, then back ON to reset the computer.
    • Press Relink to continue.
  • If Live Data is not supported by the vehicle under test, an advisory message will display. Press Back to return to the OBD2 Menu.
  • If custom Live Data was not previously selected, the Custom Live Data menu will display. Proceed to step 2.
